Q: I cannot see files and/or folders when I log in to my FTP account.
A: This is normally the problem of a firewall or a network filter of some sort. Normally, you can set file transfers to 'passive mode' in most FTP programs, which will fix the problem. If this does not work, contact your local Network Administrator to help you configure your FTP software for your local network.
